Oct 6, 2017. My wife woke up to the sound of running water and I jumped online to find someone to work on my hot water heater that was spitting out water EVERYWHERE!! I called AA around 6:30 - 7:00am and a very cheerful woman answered, took my contact information and told me a service tech will call me in a few minutes. It was less than 5 minutes and I received a phone call from the service tech and began to ask questions to help figure out the problem. The service tech arrived to my home in less than an hour and quickly figured out what the problem was. He left to get a part from a local store and quickly replaced the part. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, even though I was frustrated with all the damage the faulty part caused (which was no fault of AA Express Plumbing) and I was rude with him a few times. His knowledge and customer service skills calmed me down and the final bill did not give me "sticker shock" as the charges for services was very fair. I HIGHLY recommend AA Express Plumbing to everyone and will DEFINITELY use them again if the need arises. Thank you Thomas Duncan (service tech) for all your help!!

Was an excellent company to work with. They responded with good attitudes even though it was late on Friday afternoon! Helped us work through multiple situations including wet floors from the busted water heater. I was impressed with Al's work ethic and seemed to enjoy his job.
My Rennai tankless was quitting after 4 minutes. AA came out same day I called , took it apart and cleaned burners. 2 hours later runs like new. Would recommend them for any plumbing need especially tankless water heaters.
