Great older place. No frills. The best features are that it's pet friendly and right on the beach! It's got a small tv and small refrigerator in the rooms. The people who work there are wonderful. Friendly and helpful.
Called short notice and Kim was very accommodating. No rooms on oceanfront at all available. Stopped in Molly's for a couple beers two doors down, checked in at three with Janet very nice. Hotel is right on beach has chairs and unbrrllas on beach for guest thank you. Hey folks this hotel is not brand new but clean and safe in a great location. Thanks you Seahawk for a great weekend.
Our family stayed Labor Day weekend and absolutely loved it! Our room was very clean and not the first site of a bug. With bed bugs being an epidemic the past few years, I checked everywhere! No spiders, roaches...nothing. Being its an older Inn, I wanted to be sure! Awesome views and felt like home. Great place ...perfect for however long your stay! Yeah, we'll be back :)
We checked out right after looking at the room. It was pretty nasty. I was looking forward to staying here because I stayed here 20+ years ago and had a good time, I'm pretty sure they have the same mattresses though. Found dead bugs, tissues and empty liquor bottles under the bed while doing a bed bug search. Did find a couple diamond shaped stains on the sheets. That's a sign of bed bugs so we got out, quickly. Was very happy they gave a refund with no fuss. Wish I took pictures of the stains to let you judge but was in a hurry to get out.
Quaint place. In need of some TLC. Faucet in sink would not turn, so always hot water. Refrigerator very noisy, rusty and I put a rolled up paper under leg to stop rocking. Extremely hard to open the door. My husband had to unlock and then kick door to get it open from outside, and he had to pull it very hard from inside. I did not have enough strength in my hand to open it. Beds were fine and slept ok. Walls around bathroom was buckled and seperating. It is pet friendly which is one reason we went there. Outside the back was very nice. Had hammocks for relaxing and you could see the ocean and hear the waves. Lots of room for our pup to walk.
